What's the difference between the original Guild Wars and GW GOTY? - Guild Wars Forums

I tried searching for the answer and I found a post where someone mentioned the "bonus weapons" in GOTY. So GOTY comes with some extra weapons? Is that all? Those extra weapons can't be downloaded? Is it worthwhile getting GOTY instead of the original?

It's worth it to have max weapons in Pre-Searing, and worth it to have them when you want a really good weapon in any other campaign without buying from someone or waiting for a good drop. Yeah, you can recreate them as much as you want as long as that character doesn't have them in their inventory when you do it, and you can equip your heroes with the items as well....so yes...very. They can be destroyed to make room and then recreated later when you have a need for one.

2. You can get the set of weapons on every character you have, as many times as you need, they work exactly like the pre-order weapons.
3. I think you can type /bonus abd recieve the ones you don't have without deleting.

You can make these weapons for any character on your account

You can remake any one that isnt in yout inventory, eg. equipping one on a hero or equipping it urself will allow u to make another, u can remake them anytime ur in a town. And yes it will remake all teh ones available btu u can bin any one u dont need or want at the time. (and remake later if u need them)

Interesting skins (especially the rhino hammer) but nothing stat-wise I would spend $5 on.
